I used Kaspersky before it was the best anti virus I ever had but I couldn't keep affording it. I use a combo of avast and malewarebytes now

MSE and Avast are both good. Just don't use Norton.

Kaspersky was the best I have ever used, came with my laptop back when I got it... but once it expired it was too expensive to renew, so now I just use AVG and it's alright
