If my NNID is linked to a 3DS that I either lost or otherwise have no idea where it is, am I out of luck? No way to get the old NNID linked to a new 3DS?

I screwed my self over when linking a NNID to my 3DS I was going to make a New one, but I used my old one. Going to have to buy the games again on my new account.
