My friend got Pikmin 3, and as a goof, I just said "Tales of Xillia's Collector's Edition is the greatest thing ive ever bought and has so much replay value and has a higher budget than Pikmin 3, enjoy your C rank Nintendo game, nerd!" and he just looked at the box and he was like "Aw man...." I made him so sad about his purchase then laughed about it for a good 15 minutes.

Wait, you actually hate the game? You remind me of my friend who said to me when I got the Wii U "So you got the Wii U, do you have any good games on it? Oh wait there aren't any" Only difference, he told me that he was really joking and that I didn't give.
