In all technicality, at least in this part of Ontario, you have to wait until you're almost 17 before you can actually drive anything useful. Why would you drive if you could let your parents? You can't play DS and drive at the same time, after all

In France, the legal age for learning to drive is 16, but you can't actually drive on your own until 18.
