I remember seeing my sister play the original on the PS2. Beautiful game.
A third installment would definitely be perfect for the Wii U and it's GamePad.

Okamiden is considered by many to be, not a sequel, but a side story to the Okami storyline. (With the name deriving from Okami and Gaiden, and gaiden is Japanese for side story) When people talk about wanting Okami 2, they are talking about a continuation to the story of Amaterasu, which is what I want as well.Wait, Okami 2?

Then there are those who don't count Okamiden just because it was on the DS, which is pretty close minded.
The point of this article is that people want a new Okami, forget the name or whether Okamiden is a sequel or not. I want another Okami!

I'd love this. Haven't played Okami or Okamiden yet though. Really ought to get on that...
Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

We already asked them for Megaman Legends 3 and you know how that turned out. Capcom doesn't give a crap about what the people want to see.

The thing is, the story picks up pretty close after the events of the first game (9 months after I believe), and it also affects the events of the first game, so it has everything it needs to be a sequel. I still want another one on a console, preferably with co-op, as Ammy and Chibi have certain powers the other doesn't have.Okamiden is considered by many to be, not a sequel, but a side story to the Okami storyline. The game I want (Or, sequel I want) takes place right after Okami (Spoilers if you have not finished the original game):
With that said, I would not complain about an Okami 3, previously I was just stating why some don't consider Okamiden to be a sequel to the original. But I honestly don't care either way, I just want a BRAND NEW Okami game.

I'd love to see a new Okami on the Wii U! Heck, release the Okami HD on the eShop and I'd buy it!
I think it would work great, since you can use the gamepad to draw. I wish Capcom would put Okami HD on Wii U, it'd be perfect!
