Shame it's not coming out to the Wii's VC, but I guess that's all the more reason to buy a Wii U. Smart move Nintendo.

Nintendo took a while, and probably due to legal reasons, but finally! They are actually listening to us!
Shame it's not coming out to the Wii's VC, but I guess that's all the more reason to buy a Wii U. Smart move Nintendo.

I said it wasn't coming out on the Wii's VC, but it will on the Wii U's VC and that it was a smart decision to move console sales.

I was told by someone at Nintendo that this was never going to happen. Good thing he was wrong! Love it when people who think they know things are wrong. :-)

My bad. Anyway, Nintendo shutting down some online support of Wii channels it's basically a dead console.

I have mixed feelings about the release. I'm glad it's finally being released. But I was also hoping it would stay on the SNES due to collecting purposes. Either way I'm still happy about the announced.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. A physical copy will still hold tremendous value as a collector's item regardless of the fact that it's getting a digital release.
