Playing Mario Kart 7 and Mario Tennis Open in full 3D was distracting, now i barely use the 3D at max unless im playing single-player or slower paced games.
Do You Ever Use the 3DS's 3D?

I play with the 3D on but I adjust the slider so its easier to stay in the sweet spot for longer periods. Not as much depth but enough.

Nope, not at all. My wife has Mario 3D and I can't even play it. I'm sort of concerned about LTTP2
You know the effect can be adjusted for a reason, the full on style isn't for everyone.

I am aware of that, mom and dad didn't waste money sending me to college for 8 years for nothing lol
Guess I'm old and my eyesight sucks as even the slightest 3D gives me blurred vision and a headache after about 10 minutes or so of play.

Yes and No. Some games use it very well while others it doesn't make much a difference. I use 3D in theater rhythm , luigi's mansion, fire emblem to name a few. Other games don't really use it well enough to bother using. Also some games its easier on my eyes. I think Luigi's mansion is the best use of it by far.

Don't we already have a thread on this?...
On topic: Yes, I use the 3D just about all the time unless my eyes are rather tired.

Wow, another over reactive post. You seem to be assuming that my aim was to insult your intelligence, it wasn't.

Depends on the game. Love the 3D effect in SM3DL and Mario Kart 7.

I use the 3D all the time. If it's off it's because I don't need it, like eShop or Swapnote.
Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

kettle, let me introduce you to pot
on topic, 3d has never been a huge selling point for me. I still can't believe it made a comeback

No, not really.
On topic, I'm surprised as well, it wasn't the biggest selling point for me either, but I do enjoy it.

I never used mine much when I had a 3DS because the screen was scratched and it showed up more with the 3D on.

I use it all the time, its a nice effect to me. It's not a "mind blowing" as nintendo intended it to be I'm sure, but then again 3D is not that big a feature across any product. Still,i notice differences on games like Resident evil revelations, super mario 3d land, fire emblem and star fox.
only time i turn it off is if the battery is red or if im sleepy, you know,....cuz its bad for your eyes
