Does this mean all Sonic game from this day forward will be Nintendo exclusives?

Depends on how things go, I guess. But it's not set in stone.

It will depend on the agreement.  If Nintendo is funding these projects, then yea, they will definately be Nintendo exclusive.  It sounds like they have an agreement for 3 games so far.  I cant wait to see Sonic at E3.

It's great news, something we've been predicting for so long now, and i truly believe that the quality of sonic games will be tremendously better because of this move.

But I am less excited of the Olympic game is one of the three Sonic titles. I want that game, sure, but the thought of three sonic platformers published by Nintendo is just such a juicy idea.

I hope lost worlds plays like Sonic 06 Without the glitches. I don't want the boost, i want the same speed as 06, and i want the homing attack to be chargable. I want the story to be something like 06 and i want the whole game to be like a sonic 13,

 

But, no-one else will want that game but me.

no, just no. Sonic 06 was terrible in gameplay, and in story. It promoted beastiality for god sake!
