No I don't and I don't attempt to send terrible google translated letters about how much I want them to localize 7th Dragon. I also don't try to go to Spanish-speaking forums with what little I know of Spanish. Heh. Not that it matters. Most companies have an English branch anyway. I'm also sure Sega(being so large) has a Portuguese-speaking branch...or at least an office. Regardless even if she did have an excuse there(which she absolutely doesn't) it doesn't explain all the other reasons her petition is pathetic. I don't even care if she wants the game on other consoles. It's just a really really bad attempt to do it.
