Dont underestimate Americans ^^ A lot of them will buy xbox just because it's xbox. Just like a lot of Japanese will buy Nintendo and Sony just because they're Nintendo and Sony.

A lot of American kids love Japanese stuff.  I've always like Nintendo- wouldn't care if Russians made it.

I must admit I really don't want an xbox one not just because its a low performance version of the ps4 but it shows Microsoft's intentions to truly screw over consumers around the world. It shows a horrible arrogence that frankly needs to fail miserably.

I certainly won't be buying one in the launch window (I'll be on my ps4 and wii u) and can only see myself getting one if its subscription free for offline play and I can buy and sell my games without restriction. The only way I would buy with this restriction is if it was incredibly cheap so it would merit doing so for its exclusive games.

You're not the average American then. You'd be naive to think that a lot of xbox 360 owners won't buy the xbox one just because it's xbox. If you look at the xbox forums, you have hundreds of people defending microsoft saying it'll be fine, wait for e3, blah blah blah.

I honestly feel this e3 will be a shining moment for games this year. 2 new systems will be fully unveiled with ideas and games that we don't know yet and Nintendo will show why we all bought a wiiU.

The X1 will have a strong e3 because they have to and I feel they will show games and games and games. the Wii U will be similar, while PS4 I feel will have the most balance conference. Still like I said before it will be a great e3 whether your a fan of Wiiu,X1, or PS4 its gonna be fun.

Keep in mind Microsoft 1st party studios were having so many issues getting any games running on the XBOX One that Microsoft started trying to buy 3rd party exclusives.  They don't have much to show, which is why they had the conference they did.  They'll definitely have games at e3, but it won't be as good as XBOX fans hope.  Nintendo and Sony are going to go nuts this e3, and now I'm firmly in the WiiS4U camp.

Basically, pretty much the same stuff going on these forums, "Wii U will be fine, wait for E3, rabble rabble rabble" and defending the rehashed games, and excusing old tech as new tech bc some shiny things we're put on top the old things. /flamesuiton
