I never played Metroid Prime so I'm not really invested in the series emotionally. A new DK would be nice but not something I'd get really really excited aout.

Well what I would like is a new F-Zero game, but that wasn't on your list. So I voted Metroid, though I think it will most likely be Star Fox.

If it isn't Metroid I'll be actually upset. I don't usually care what games ate coming out. I just enjoy them when they do, but i really REALLY want a new metroid prime type game. And for the record, Other M was awesome in my opinion.

Other m's core mechanics were awesome. It was straight up super metroid in 3d. Boss fights were spectacular.

The story... Was a mess, and relied far to heavily on a narrative put forth from an obscure e manga almost nobody read. Although most complaints about the story are so far off base they are fictional. My favourite thing about the story is you can skip it on replays by pressing -.

the world design follows the same dissapointing trend in ever increasing handholding present in both 2d and 3d metroid series. There is no exploration in other m, a direct result/natural progression of the constantly increased handholding from fusion to zero mission, to om.

And the worst part is, I cant even blame nintendo anymore, they are right.

Just take a look at super metroid miiverse. The call of duty generation is just too stupid and lazy to enjoy metroid at its best.

Metroid shouldnt be listed.. They allready made it. Now they work in a new Ip... nobody knows what.... I hope a starwars.

A new Metroid or Star Fox would be amazing, though I wouldn't mind getting a new IP either.

I would like to see a new 2d metroid game, old school! Metroid used to be one of my fav games back on nes & snes (I'm not really a fan of the new 3d metroid games)

Despite how much I want to see a new Star Fox and Metroid, I think it would be interesting to see a new I.P. from Retro, its very intriguing to think about what it could be, so I am going with that.

Starfox. They could do something really special with that game and move it on a bit.

Metroid is on the DS was a really good game. Love to see some of that on the Wii U
