[Reversal]

So what do you guys think of the name for the console? Do you like it? Do you hate it? Post your thoughts/opinions

I think it's a dumb name. I refer to the original Xbox as Xbox one. Now whenever I want to talk about the original Xbox I have to watch what I say because if I say Xbox one they might think I'm talking about Xbox One.

the PS4 has the only name I like this generation. xbox "one"? ugh. Wii U? don't get me started on how bad that is. it's like a stupid ambulance. wiiuwiiuwiiuwiiu

The name is bad. And unlike the name "Wii U", which some have called bad, this one will probably never catch on.

Still i doubt many that are new to gaming would get confused on the name, Microsoft will find a way to market properly.

It makes sense as they want it to be the ONE device in your living room (although they didn't make it backwards compatible) but casual gamers might not know that and might think it's the original Xbox.

I agree the name isn't really grand, but why refer to the first one as Xbox One?

why do people think Xbox one>Wii U name wise? Xbox one causes more confusion imo.

xbox 1 is ruffly on par with wiiU name wise. just its alot easier to make jokes about x1's name.

It seems weird having  to call it XB One when it`s already the third.

That aside, it`s not a bad name.

I don't hate it, I think it's actually kind of a cool name. But I don't really care about the system itself so... yeah.

 

But I mean, it's better than Xbox 720, Xbox 3, or any of the other uninspired titles they easily could have given it.
