Imagine a Wii U version that rivals Elder scrolls as a game. I think I would explode if Capcom did that. I would imagine that it'll just be a similar product to the current version again. Not that it's a bad thing.
You obviously have never followed Monster Hunter. Capcom would never go all out with Monster Hunter on a console because it's Japan's favorite game, and Japan prefers handhelds by far. Monster Hunter, even though I love it, is a niche title in the west so it makes no sense for Capcom to cater it to western audiences.

I really hope that this comes to the west, this game looks great and I love the new engine. All of the jump strikes, climbing, and the holding onto monsters while stabbing them, I love what they are adding. And the new monsters look great.

I know, but a man can dream :-)
And also I never really got the whole contained area thing with MH until I really sat down and played the Wii U version. Now I totally take it for what it is. A great hunting experience.

I'd love this game on Wii U it can sit next to MH3U on my shelf, I'd hate to split them up by getting 4 on 3DS it's just me I'm wierd like that

Personally I'd be fine if they skipped this one and just waited for the inevitable "Monster hunter 4 G", even though I really like the new weapons and game mechanics.
If we do get it it would probably be next year. We all know what western gamers think of games that release every year, and I don't think monster hunter needs that stigma in the west. There are still plenty of people angry with capcom over the marvel vs capcom 3 thing. It wouldn't help capcom or their games' image if we got this and then its upgraded version one year later. I guess what I'm saying is they need to be wary of market oversaturation, even if the japanese gamers buy it in bulk all the time. How the japanese play so much MH every year and still get anything done is beyond me. I'm only 370 hours into MH3U and I can tell I've got at least another 300 hours in me before I do everything I want to. Not sure when I'm gonna find time to play Luigis mansion and eventually rayman legends this year. Plus, I'm more of a console gamer, and I find MH more enjoyable on something like the Wii U.
That said, if they do bring this one west, I'll get it day one and regret nothing.

The problem with monster hunter, even if its an amazing game... Capcom always porting it from 3ds to wii U... So I am not expecting graphics even from monster hunter 4. Because even if they add hd textures, the game is limited to 3ds hardware.

True. But the gameplay and length should account for something.

That's why I'm hoping for a Monster Hunter Online port for the Wii U, but wouldn't mine a MH4 port also

And it will still be the most gameplay and mechanically advanced mh ever made.
Also, its going to take an entire generation of 3ds to wii u to catch up to psp to ps2/3/pc.

I did just as you said and now I see why MH hasn't been made as I wanted. DD is everything I wanted it to be. I'm actually stunned that Capcom have been able to make such a good game.

If Nintendo is smart they ask Capcom not to make it for WiiU. Then create a WiiU title that is only on WiiU. That way they use the strenght for fans to actually buy both systems
Totally disagree.
