Looks like they fixed Everything BESIDES the fact you can only give a game to someone once, meaning if you want that game back, no can do! Its his game forever unless he sells it to a retailer.
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

I knew you'd still complain.
It's better DRM than Nintendo have ever done.

Alright, that's a good thing. Says a lot that there was so much confusion to begin with.
You get a physical AND a downloadable version if you buy it physical, cool.

This is great news!

MS is not a stupid company.
They were very quickly creating a very bad image of themselves. An almost scary, draconian image.
NO ONE was defending them with any ounce of seriousness or credibility. In fact, the entire internetz seemed to be against them.
It does sound like they came up with a somewhat decent way to go about sharing games, but it still reveals what they can't wait to force upon you when given the opportunity.

As we move into this new generation of games and entertainment, from time to time, Microsoft may change its policies, terms, products and services to reflect modifications and improvements to our services, feedback from customers and our business partners or changes in our business priorities and business models or for other reasons. We may also cease to offer certain services or products for similar reasons.

Yeah, I know. It's a console that's suppose to do everything yet holds you back.Still gotta have a code for the game.
They are just wording things different but. What I got from it is. Is if you want to trade your game you gotta log in online and say your trading tilt. Then they deactive the game from your system and gen a new code for your friend.

DRM is digital rights management. THERE IS NO GOOD DRM IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER, IT IS YOUR RIGHTS THAT ARE BEING MICROMANAGED.
Do you people understand what this means?
At any time, for any reason, or without reason microsoft can do whatever the hell they want with products you bought, after you bought them, because you dont own them, and there is nothing you can do about it, because you are just buying permission to play the game, temporarily.
At any time microsoft can alter (censoring for example) or just plain take away games you 'bought' because you dont own them.
And that WILL happen.
You have to check in with a server every 24 hours or your system revokes your right to play games you paid for.
Anyone tried going online to play monster hunter tri multiplayer lately? Yeah, it doesnt work? Why? The servers have been shut down and repurposed for newer systems and games.
I can still, however, play any single plwyer game i want, whenever i want.
What happens when xbones servers get taken down, to be used for something else?
You cant check in, 24 hours later you will never play an xbone game again.
I will not support this.
Steam is DRM, and it's done the way I'm okay with.
Some DRM is fine.
Don't get on your soapbox about it, because it's just how it's going to happen.
Support the DRM that doesn't treat you like rainbow.
