Wonder if this is like the PS3 and it's just region free for games? Or region free for all physical media (i.e. including DVD and Blu Ray)??

the PS3 was always region free as well, so that's not a surprise. Blu ray however was a different story. I'm thinking they won't be region free.

Its not likely it will be region free for DVD or Blue Ray.
