I think they did a solid job, but they played it pretty safe. I think Super Mario 3D World looks great, but it's not revolutionary like Galaxy was. Also despite loving DKCR, I am kind of disappointed that Retro's new game was another Donkey Kong.
I think Nintendo did a pretty great job at E3 but...

Fair enough..... For some, I suppose the Wii will be all they need. But I would think that many would look at what their friends' have or their kids' friends have and want to upgrade. If you bought this in '07-'09, many people have already cycled through 2-3 phones that cost the same or even more. That touches on an entirely different post- which is in part why MSFT is trying to cram all that functionality into its Xbox one- and perhaps why Nintendo wanted the gamepad, b/c phones and tablets are devices that are pretty much all things to everybody.
That's why I've mentioned, to attract this crowd, they need to develop some simpler games- while I liked Nintendo Land, it needed more games like the twister, ninja, donkey kong (and these weren't exactly easy).....Create some gamepacks that are cell phone/tablet like and I'd bet that Wii U would take off.
I wasn't saying that. I was saying mothers, fathers and most casual gamers don't always want to buy a new device. Like with computers, some people will just keep one until it dies. Well why should they upgrade? What's different? Nintendo has to answer that question. I don't know if they have for every casual gamer.

I think they should adverd with games like COD og Need for speed. Show them.
I think that 97% off ''hardcore'' gamers dont care about a Mario og donkey kong game.
I agree with this, both 'X' & Bayo show the Wiiu can do the wow type normal games so why are Nintendo not pushing these or any other game for that matter hard to people?
