I understand that and i know how it all works, i have a 360 (without kinect of course) but again, on xbox one u Have to use kinect, i don't like using something i don't like

Xbox one will not require you to be online, but each time you buy a game, you must validate it with their servers once... That means, INTERNET CONNECTION IS required. So better informed your offline real friends, not to buy it, if they DONT HAVE internet connection, because they will need one.

It dawns on me that even if it is a potential exaggeration this whole "they spy on you" thing is going to be what confirms my prediction that this kills Microsoft's hardware development. It will be interesting to see this in retrospectives years from now - the horrible timing between the Xbox One announcements and the NSA scandal. Its kind of funny to watch.
