Although I'm glad it's 60, I'm confused on the difference between 60 and 30, never been able to tell the difference

Some can tell the difference more than others, overall it's more of a general smoothness and responsiveness. Games at 30 fps are perfectly fine, especially when they are locked there and don't dip. Dipping at any rate is what can affect the player visually and through controls.

I know this is a little nit picky, but the way they talk... Did they do that on purpose to sort of recreate the old cartoons as a sort of nostalgic reference...?

I still plan on getting the game, but I'm just not a fan of that little part

Trying to recreate the internal voice when reading comic books perhaps?  I don't know, but I actually enjoy the voice work.

I think you are onto it. I love the voice work. Fits the style of game. Sounds like a bunch of local town kids playing super hero.

Good stuff. There were quite a few HD vids 60 fps that popped up after e3. Many of the faced paced action games, racing, slashers need good frame rates like this. It's nice to see.

I already have this pre-ordered, can't wait for the release. I kind of wish gamestop had some sort of pre-order bonus with this.

I'm 32, soon to be 33 . lol.

The gameplay revolves around the player controlling a large group of superheroes to fight off an alien invasion threatening the city. By using the Wii U GamePad, players can command the superheroes to combine into various forms, such as a large fist, a giant sword or a protective gelatinous flan. These forms can be used to fight off enemies or interact with the environment. The GamePad can also be used to see areas unviewable on the main screen.[4] The game will also support a local 5 player cooperative mode.[5]

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” - C.S. Lewis
