Concept looks promising, and pretty cool. Hopefully it reaches the goal.

I think $900,000 is toooo much money to create the game they're making, it doesn't seem like a big budget game, its a point and click adventure game with claymation. Yes making a claymation game is obviously going to take a LONG time, but there's bearly anywhere to spend the $900,000. (If am stupid then someone reply why please :(, am curious on what they will spend it on)

Well, they'll more than likely spend the money on the ton of animators required to make this work. Claymation is no easy feat to accomplish smoothly. Just to give an example, the Wallace and Gromit movie a few years back took almost 5 years to film.

Reminds me of the skullgirls budget misunderstanding.

How much do you think the equipment required to do this costs? They arent using cheap digital camcorders. How much do you think the studio quality lighting costs. How much do you think the animation studio space costs to rent out per month for however many months they will be using it? They arent filming it in their garage.

What about the cost of sound equipment? Paying voice actors? Renting audio studiospace? (hint, its very expensive)

What about how much it costs each month just to have a place to work?

Since they have already got the equipment then they don't need to spend much money on it. The place to film it shouldn't cost more than at the most £10,000 a year. and voice actors should never ever be THAT expensive for a independent game, unless they're hiring celebrities!
