Feldo pretty much confirmed with me that he won't really ever check back around here unless I ask him to add updates and whatnot. He never really said why or what his motivations are, but he definitely has more to do with the pony projects now.

I'm no longer active in the team behind the multi-project / super community also known as Poniverse but i can safely say that he's very busy with several things right now, including a panel at BronyCon this aug. I'm sure it's frustrating for a lot of people around here but this might be one of a few opportunities for him to create something greater than just a forum community.

Yes, he owns a Wii U for those who had their doubts.

Okay if he wants to go and do his brony stuff, more power to him. But it pisses me off that he just abandoned the place. He probably made mourn an admin as an excuse to not come here.

Now, I may be biased as a brony and user of the MLP Forums, but I think you guys might be a little too harsh towards Feld0. It's not as if he just stopped checking in here and working on it because he's lazy. He's been working on some big projects over on MLP Forums which, though started after this site, is the larger and -- I hate to say it -- more important. Don't get me wrong, I think it is kinda silly to never check in on your own forum, but I'm sure he has many things to do, online and IRL.

That said, I'm sure us pony-folk could trot on over to MLP Forums and ask him about coming back, but I don't want to ask an already uber-busy man to do even more.

He's already talked to me a bit about it. But I'd rather you not, as I can contact him pretty easily (or I'm able to contact him most of the time).
