In the most recent Nintendo Power, Battlefield 3 is listed under the Wii U's future releases. I don't know about you, but I remember David saying a while back that the developers of Battlefield 3 aren't sure if they're going to make a Wii U version yet. But if this news is coming from a Nintendo publication, it could mean that Battlefield 3 actually IS coming to the Wii U. Opinions?

I don't recall us ever getting an outright confirmation of BF3 for the Wii U, but EA have hinted at it so many times that I'd honestly be surprised if we didn't get it. It's possible that they know something we don't, but I think we'd have seen an official announcement somewhere if it was. That said, I think that EA will release Battlefield 3 on the Wii U.

It only seems reasonable for EA to release Battlefield 3 for the Wii U.
I recall reading that EA was helping Nintendo in developing their online infrastructure.
To start things off they can use Battlefield 3 for the Wii U as a display for their online, and what it's capable of.
Battlefield 3 would be an excellent game in demonstrating one's online system.
And as a bonus for EA, they get more money!

May I ask why? If its because you don't like it, I agree, but Battlefield 3 could sell the system to some peopleUgh I hope it doesn't come to the Wii U.

You shouldn't have to. NinjaShock doesn't like FPS.May I ask why?

Wishful, but would make stronger appeal.
Also, it wouldn't be irrelevant. You'd be surprised at how many people still play World at War on the Wii.

I guess you are right Auzzie and I do hope for a extended campaign and all forms of DLC in the package already in the disc that can be used.

Too bad some kind of FPS like Battlefield 3 will come to the Wii U. I don't see that as a bad thing, Nintendo needs some games like that anyway.

I saw this as well. I probably wouldn't buy it, but I'm open to any game that'd win over some people for Ninty's side.
