It would be the dead hands. They are the creepiest things EVER I couldn't play the game for a week!

Majora is really creepy. All three of her forms.
I also think any enemies from Alan Wake are creepy.

I would have to say a tie between Metroids or Like Likes. Metroids because they are creepy. When I played Metoird Prime they freaked me out, the way they sounded and looked always freaked me out. And it was like a heart attack when they got a hold of you and started sucking the life out of you. And Like Likes are plain scary looking. They look like big piles throw-up, and they freak me out because I imagine what it is like to get sucked in by one of those things **shivers**.

The Spirit Guardians from Skyward Sword are probably at the top of my list for most feared video game enemies right now. The creepy/thrilling music when they come to life, the way they animate(as if you have time to look at them though), the risk of failure of the trial if they hit you once... I haven`t been legitimately creeped out by an enemy in a game like that in a long time.

I agree. The Guardians really made the Silent Realm both scary, and exciting. I remember when I first entered he Silent Realm. It went something like this...The Spirit Guardians from Skyward Sword are probably at the top of my list for most feared video game enemies right now. The creepy/thrilling music when they come to life, the way they animate(as if you have time to look at them though), the risk of failure of the trial if they hit you once... I haven`t been legitimately creeped out by an enemy in a game like that in a long time.
