I know. I've seen some scaring stuff involving Mario and Zelda. It's just that it tends to pop up way more often when ponies are involved(for me it does anyway).

2. Perhaps I said that wrong. There's a lot of shows/games that I like, but the fandom scares me off. I really only get involved in a fandom if I really, REALLY like what it's about.

Eh, I think you have to actually get into the fandom for a little while before you make opinions on it. I know that some fandoms are very misunderstood. Yes, MLP has a dark side but its only easier to see because its a popular show. Nintendo is popular, but it is hard to see its dark side unless you search for it.
