Damn right it will!

I've only played one Dragon Quest game (don't kill me) and it was Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies.
I tell you, I bloody loved every bit of that game!
Upon finishing, it wasn't hard to imagine Dragon Quest as an MMORPG.

I'm curious to know if both the Wii, and Wii U versions will launch simultaneously.

It depends on when the game will launch and when the Wii U launches. If the Wii U launches before the game is out, then it is more likely that both versions will be out.

Since it's an MMORPG, you'd expect it to come out simultaneously. But who knows?
Until any confirmation has been given all we can agree on is that it'll come out on the Wii and 3DS together.
