What is the biggest bug you catched?

Also....as far as an Animal Crossing game can be realistic....there is a very strange fenomenon happing and I just noticed it today.

The Villager is human...but the residents are animals...lions, horses, dogs, birds....birds? Hmmm kinda strange how all characters are humanized...but what's even stranger is that inside that land of dreams there are even real birds...on top of the memoboard and in the boulevard. So, there are actually two kinds of animals...humanized and real ones. What do you think happened. I think its an evolutionary thing...and we are witnessing their evolution as we play

Interesting theory however in an interview with Miyamoto this was said

Well, it is actually a very funny story. I was at my home out in my garden when all of a sudden I saw a huge beetle, I ran to my house and a grabbed a jar and I caught it. I placed it in my house on a self in the living room. Later on during the day I did acid, and the trip was completely out of this world, I started seeing animal humanoids all around me, talking to me, begging me for letters. And then I saw the amazingly beautiful bug on a tree, I caught it and then a raccoon offered me 1900000 Yen for the bug, so of course I traded with him. When I came back to reality I woke up naked on the floor covered in crush beetle guts, It was at that moment I knew I wanted to make Animal Crossing a game

Then you misled yourself, because he is literally talking about bugs in Animal Crossing, nothing misleading about that

 

Also, Since the entire world is animals, i'd say during the past 1 million years, evolution took a turn for all animals, some branched off to look humanoid while the others stayed animal normal, thus why you see normal frogs and humanoid frogs.
