If you tried two different new Wii Us, then yeah, it's your problem that it womt work. Are you saying the console womt even turn on, or it just womt display on the TV?

Btw...ps4 is out. You now have an outdated console.
Should have exchanged the wii u for a new one.
But you'd have to have actually had one to begin with...
