So I found a song that could possibly be yet another song that Kenji Yamamoto (composer of music of many DBZ games) has plagiarized. 

First, listen closely to this, which is the song Eye to Eye from the Eizou Hakusho OVA of Yu Yu Hakusho:



And then listen to this, which is Zarbon's theme from Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle 22:

I have yet to watch all of Eizou Hakusho, but when I purchase it or research it online. 
Oh wait. Someone beat me to the punch in revealing it... Nothing new. Welp, I screwed up XD

Oh yeah, several songs he composed for the games and the DBZ Kai score and some insert songs in the original Z were plagiarized by the guy. Led to the replacement of the soundtrack in Kai and the Budokai HD Collection.
