You should cancel both pre-orders... there will be a price drop on at least one of them by the time you move any ways...

If you cancel now you might not be able to pre-order it again if stocks are way to strict, it's pretty unlikely that will happen though. I would personally suggest just to cancel, that way you can avoid all the launch issues, the console could brick, the games could be low in stock, who knows.

Cancel your preorder, there's bearly any good launch games for the PS4, wait a while until they start to bring out lots of good games. The Wii U has great first/second party games coming out for the Wii U and 3ds, so i'd say save your money for that, get a PS4 at a later date.

This here. I just traded in my 360 and games so I can easily afford all the upcoming WiiU games I want. Then in about a year I should know whether I want an xbox or ps4.

What's the reason for pre ordering in the first place?

You can play most of these on your PS3 and even Wii U. The PS3 this year has a much better lineup with Last of Us, Grand Theft Auto V, Gran Turismo 6, etc which is why you see a lot of Sony fans neglecting their PS3's and justifying getting a PS4 at launch.
