I just watched a framerate comparison, unless they outrite lied, wiiu droped durring combat(extra ai logic), 360 and ps3 dropped more things that dont hinder the cpu. If you play ghost style right you shouldnt get any drops, if you play open combat were ai are actualy thinking alot more, the framerate drops.
Watch it again. You either got it backwards, or your shady comparison you are using did.
Lens of truth and df face off both have wii u just plain ahead of frame rate of 360, and behind ps3, but only because cutscenes brought down the average.
Also, with zero screen tearing.

I was using the locked thread video comparison, the lens of truth didnt show the video, but i did notice framedrops on wiiu mostly when ai did non standered stuff, also had 360 droped more than wiiu on random parts, and wiiu on others, only ps3 held solid framerate on cutscenes in the video, i was just saying when the wiiu did drop on the gameplay fps video
You cant use internet video, all you are noticing is the STREAMS/UPLOADS framerate.
Thats why df and lof use special tools and procedures to measure frame rate and show it to you in a graph and table matrix.
If these guys are just 'eyeballing it', and just putting up a video with no equipment used they are just hacks that deserve to be mocked.

Wii u uses modern tech as compared to ps3/360, I don't get why people still compare it to that. let's start looking at ps4/1 since those are the new systems that are going to be sit along side wiiu as the current gen or 8th generation consoles.
eh, 'crossgen' is more prominent now than ever because f bloated out of control budgets.
ps4 and xbone will have them too against 360/ps3, and most of them will be completely unederwhelming and not representive of the consoles at all... As they were only 360/ps3 games released on ps4/xbone. And, just like zone of enders hd, silent hill hd, gun etc, some of them will have performance only on par, or even worse than their last gen counter parts. Its what happens with ports like this. There is always morons who run around screaming with these examples. All we can do is shake our heads at them and wonder when theyll learn.
Just like these faceoffs with wii u.

It's exactly the opposite. PS360 drop in gameplay, Wii U drops in cutscenes.
that came out wrong, the videos(using DF because they released a video showing the framerates) showed wiiU droping in cutsceens and some gameplay sections were the ai were activily fighting (which is usualy when CPU is under load, and Y i brought it up), 360 droped whenever, some had it just bairly above wiiU during cutscenes, and droping durring normal gameplay, than wiiU droped when ai did a bunch, just something i noticed in the last video i found.

Don't know about you guys but I plaid though the whole game and haven't had any frame rate issues.
Thats might be because the wii u version got patched again.
The df face off tboss is talking about is different, from the original, and has all three versions on patch 1.1 (original, which i saw was unpatched) where 360 seems to have gotten much better improvements than wii u did.
You might be playing with a fixed version they didnt test, like the pc got.
I dont know, as Im not buying sc:bl.

Hello everyone, i've been out this forum for a long time now, but i've noticed that desertpunk still wants to prove something its wrong. Well my question now is: How much do you guys think we will have these cross platform games? Do you think the 360 will last for how many years? I already have a Wii U, but if we don't have some multiplats, i can buy a Xbox again, and will be cheaper than Xbox ONE

That depends on microsoft. I remember they shut down og xbox REAL fast.... But I dont think that will be the case this time. I think cross gen will go maybe for a year or two, maybe longer.

Yes, it most definately will go on for at least another year or two. You can have game budgets that require 3-5 million copies sold before making a profit, and then release them soley on a couple consoles that have a user base of about 10 million consoles. Even if both the X1 and PS4 do well out of the gate, your still talking about a max of 20 million next gen consoles in the market holiday 2014. When you have multiple games in the market every year that need to sell big numbers to make a profit, thats risky on such a modest install base. When you need to sell to one in five of your total install base, thats a bad bet for a lot of games. Sure, a game like Call of Duty and Gran Theft Auto would be ok because they do have such high attach ratio's, but most games do not have that going for them.

a stupid idea for their bottom line, but with their comment about playing the xbox 360 if they want whatever kinda makes it look like it may become the windows XP of consoles
