I think the people that run IP.Board, are analyzing a test on here to make sure everything is working. Why they are administrator, I don't know, but, I think it's a bot. Am I right Feld0?

There's an issue with smileys on the board, and a technician from IPS has logged in here to investigate it. Nothing to worry about - they're trustworthy folks. I asked them to do this.

I think that the reason they have admin powers, is so that they can fix any bugs with the site, which would require access to the ACP. I could be wrong though.

Seriously, I don't get why you guys are continuing to post here. It was just a test thread started by one of IPS's technicians.
