Well have Rayman and Ww HD preordered, then enough trade credit for 2 more games. So I'll be eyeing DK, Ghost, Watch Dogs, Mario 3d land, Splinter Cell. I'm probably missing some, but whatever few I don't buy. Oh Yah W101.

I would recommend Wind Waker HD, 3D World, and Call of Duty.

Depends on which genre/ game you like the best. You have quite a different selection of games. I personally am asking for games to satisfy each of my needs. Mario for platforming, Call of Duty for shooter, Watch Dogs for open-world action adventure and Pikmin 3 for strategy. So I guess for you it really depends on how many games you can buy.
If you're only allowed 2, I would assume that Mario and Watch Dogs would be your best choice. For 3, I would throw in Pikmin 3, and lastly would place Call of Duty in the 4th spot. I think you could hold off on Lego City and AC4 as it will probably be even cheaper in time.

Is saw we need more information about you.
All the games you picked are very different so it depends on the type of person you are.
Cod ghost will be very short but has online play.
Pikmin 3 is cool but it's on the short side.
Wind walker may be cool if you didntdidn't play the gc one. I haventhaven't and plan to get the game when iI get the cash.
AC is cool but I haven't even finish ac3, just didn't hold me in for some reason.
Super Mario games imo aren't really good for a main game unless it's a rpg type.
Lego city seems fun but then it's a Lego game and I always get bore very fast.
Watch dogs seems cool

I voted for Windwaker. I played the original on gamecube and it is a truly terrific and magical game. Under appreciatted by the masses due to the low sales of the gamecube console and sadly never updated to a wii game with motion controls.
There is much to see and do with cartoon graphics that are a joy to the eyes.
I'm pretty biased though as when I first got the game I'd just got my first projector, a Panasonic AE100 and a component cable for my gamecube. I had the sound piped through a home cinema system and the whole experience was enriched by an image that spread across a whole wall almost.
Ultimately though it always depends on what games you really enjoy. You should state what are your favourite games as that helps weight the choice to a game you are more likely to enjoy.
