I finished wolfs rain finally. 30 episodes, and a pretty well done story. It starts to get pretty interesting once you hit episode 19 or 20 and then progresses to get sad until finally you watch the ending. The story has a good balance of storytelling and action when necessary. You really start to get to know the characters because they develop them well. I suggest it to anyone who likes a good story and some good action.

I think I'm going to watch fate/stay night now. How many episodes is it?

I believe that there was 25 episodes to F/sn.

I know. Isn't it great?

Bah! Need new anime. I told myself not to rush into Fate/Zero straight away, but nooooooooooooooooo, my anime enthusiasm does not follow the voice of reason.

Wolfs Rain is an anime, a high rated one, at that.

Ack, my brother made me sit through an episode of Elfen Lied. He was blocking the door with his bed.

That is one hell of a disturbing anime...

I just finished watching Elfen Lied on Netflix yesterday and I have to say, it is definitely one of the most beautiful animes I have ever seen. I don't watch much anime (only Fullmetal Alchemist really) but Elfen Lied captivated me. It made me cry. Making me cry is a difficult thing to do. And Elfen Lied succeeded at it.

Once you get past all of the blood, gore and nudity, it really is a masterpiece (and in a way, all of the gore adds to the atmosphere.) It has a top-notch story, interesting characters, and the theme song gives me chills every time I hear it.

Here's the song if you want to hear it:

This is just my opinion, but I think that the manga was superior to the anime. The anime was actually finished before the manga was done, so I suggest you take a look at it.

If I ever happen to come across the first volume of the Elfen Lied manga, I'll definitely buy it.

I don't think there is an English release of it. I might be wrong though. But here is a site where you could read it online: http://www.mangafox....d/?no_warning=1

Has anyone seen Soul Eater?

It is my favorite anime by far,

closely followed by School Rumble.

It was well done, I wouldn't say it is my favorite though. I'm really starting to like Shiki though, I'm on episode 11. Really exciting anime.

I completely loved Soul Eater.

At the very end, they play the ending song from season 1.

I cried so hard.
