Seeing as this system wasn't really set up too well, I would like to know your opinions.  Should I set up submissions for November and leave October for voting, then follow that pattern for the next months (voting in October for November's banner, voting in November for December's banner, voting in December for January's banner, etc...).  Of course we would have place holder banners for October if we were to do this (previous submissions that didn't win, cycled once or twice a week for the month).

 

Or should we follow the previous pattern by opening submissions now and voting at the beginning of the month?

Sure that works, set up submissions for November and allow people to vote in October.

I am in favor of voting a month before for the banner, and then putting up the new banner at the beginning of that new month.

Damn, I almost got around to submitting my 3D world banner.

I am still open to banner submissions, it just doesn't seem like there will be enough submissions for a monthly vote.
