Dec 25th! Bought at black friday. Right in front of a scalper's wife about to buy 5 to add to their hoard. Was kinda crazy.

Got my Basic set with NintendoLand and NSMBU for Christmas.
Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

Day 2, had it preordered but was busy day 1. they were out of delux when i got it, so now i have a 1tf harddrive(wish the wiiU can power a 500gig one)

Launch of course. I don't believe in waiting for the game you want to come out to get it.
I knew there'd be Nintendo games on it later, so I got it at launch. Just like the 3DS.

I got it around July, after I got most of my summer job paycheck (and before I set aside money for college).
I'm not a big gamer, so I could easily wait until games like Rayman, Sonic, WWHD, and Mario 3d world were coming closer.

Heh joke was on them. There wasn't any shortage like for the first Wii.
