I don't know why, but the way he says Mario annoys me. Whenever people say "Mah-rio", I just get bothered. Hate the way it sounds. Other than that, the game looks gorgeous.

That's a definite must have.....looks awesome. Looks like it might be better than Sonic- and that's my favorite game.

Yeah, he's saying mario normally. Like you said he even pronounces it this way in the games.

See, the thing is that there are people without British accents who pronounce it the same way. The British accent has nothing to do with it. Some people just say "Mah-rio".
