I use my phone purely for emulators, as real games on real systems ive played 100's of times over the past 20 years wipe the floor with 'mobile gaming'.

Have you ever played Infinity Blade? Then you will see a story better than Mario and gameplay that no console can do. Ever heard of ingress? Look it up and you will see how awesome that game is!If I want to experience gaming regress 30 years to shallow coin op fodder, ill go check out an old time novelty arcade.

And are you jailbroken for emulators or get them from the App Store when they show up? I can never catch those things. I do have one emulator which is GBA4iOS pictured above!
They have CoD, GTA, Asphalt, FPSs to be reckoned with that include no gameplay that Xbone, PS4, and Wii U are able to capture!I'm in the same boat as 3Dude, but I like Tetris and Rayman Jungle Run as well.

Infinity blade is a poor punchout out ape with a midevil theme, and heavy focus on flashy visuals, and very very very very poor 'rpg elements' tacked on, aped from the like of soul caliber 2's 'weaponmaster' rpg mode, or ff dissidia's story mode.
Ingress isnt a video game. Its geo-caching for nerds with no land nav skills.

i totally loved the "campaign" in soul caliber! lol, it was so tacked on, but the progression!! THE PROGRESSION!!!! I'm a progression whore, unapologetically.

I have an Android, the only game I really like is Super Hexagon. Comparing the "proper" mobile games available to what I can play on, say, a Game Boy Color emulator shows just how bad mobile phone games really are.

As they are right now mobile games don't come close to console or pc games, anyone who games exclusively on mobile is missing out on a hell of a lot of actual quality games.
I use my android for when I've got only a few mins before I have something to do or I'm in a short wait without a handheld.
At this point I'm not looking at mobile games as proper quality gaming experiences.

I have a galaxy tab. Only game I play a lot is Defender. Angry Birds and Stupid zombies were okay.
There's another one, Parking lot or something, where you move these cars around to solve a puzzle. tried a bunch of others but none really engaged me.
I might inherit my mom's iPad when she gets the new one coming out......

I actually don't have a smartphone. So I don't have the ability for mobile gaming as of now. There's some games I'm interested in for it. Angry Birds, those Monkey Ball remakes, the Sonic games on it, and some other mobile gaming mainstays (fruit ninja, cut the rope,etc.). Mobile gaming is nice. But it's nothing compared to console and handheld gaming, and I think it's sad that people are more inclined to buy and play 5 minute time wasters instead of content packed/replayable console/handheld games.

Nah, I'm about as much into mobile gaming as I am PC gaming, which is for the most part, a non existence.
The functions my phone holds are calls, texts, alarm clocks, internet browsing and media, music player, photos and porn videos.
I honestly couldn't ask for more.
Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

I didn't know there was such a thing as a mobile "gamer". Distraction games are OK - Puzzle games for example. But for proper games to sink your teeth into? A console or handheld console is where it's at. Sorry PC, needless complications just pushes you out.
