I don't really like Microsoft, they have burned a lot of us and don't deserve fanboy's practically worshiping them. I also think how Microsoft were expecting the usual sleaze next gen by introducing no used games etc and changed last minute due to being so embarrassed by Sony's fair policy.

 

Unforgivable that is.

 

So that made my initial decision to get a PS4 that much easier when Sony unveiled it. Better specs, cooler controller with more features, undeniably better exclusives down the line and native 1080p in most games

 

But..... I am now thinking I may go for the Bone instead. Why would I go for a console with a worse reputation, worse specs, probable inferior ports and 720p 30fps in most games? To be honest both console exclusive launch games don't really excite me.

 

Still don't know yet, like many people picking up a console at launch it will be an expensive purchase and won't be able to afford both (hence how fanboyism starts)  Anyone else on the fence?

Im getting Xbox One at launch but will get PS4 Infamous bundle next year.

No, I pretty much know what I already want. A PS4.

 

A great deal of Xbox "exclusives" wind up on the Playstation or PC in the long run, and the ones that don't get ported don't interest me enough to drop another couple/few hundred dollars into another system.

Sony also planned the same DRM policies but changed their minds when they saw the reaction to the x1 reveal. Microsoft should have held off on that reveal until after Sony did it, or left it until the last minute possible.

I will be getting a PS4 at some point next year just because the exclusive games I feel have been better on PS3 this last couple of years.

When I look at what I've played on Xbox most of it I could have just played on PS3 apart from Viva Piñata and Gears of War. And I wouldn't play another Gears.

I will get an Ouya or another light Android console before I get either of these.  Not into having another huge power-hungry box sitting in my living room.

I have a WiiU and a 3DS XL. There are some exclusives that interest me from PlayStation, but another console ain't worth it. Not to mention my parents would kill me.

I'd recommend the PS4. Microsoft hasn't had the best track record for launch day reliability, and I'm still concerned about that huge vent on top that looks like it can be easily obstructed.

 

The PS4 manages to pack the same specs into a much smaller configuration, and it's $100 cheaper

Just don't got the cash for launch day buy tho.
