Only frame drops I saw was when lots of stuff was going on screen. There was the occasional drop at sea and on land but nothing major, and certainly nothing like what digital foundry as saying.
Assassin creed 4 is out on wii u if anybody noticed.

I don't really see what that would have to do with anything. Why would the frame rate be worse on something the system is directly plugged into than something it has to wirelessly stream data to? If anything it would be slower on the gamepad, but ae know that's not the case because there is just about no latency between the TV's image and the Gamepad's image v or any game.
Well, just because the game pads resolution is only 480p, would cear up a gigantic amount of resources for fillrate... butt....

Yup... DF just has whack copy? Maybe they never got the patch for wii u? Who knows.

Doesn't matter this is another Win for the WiiU underpowered, 7th gen console, and not next gen crowd. This COD:Ghost, and Arkham Origins all (according to digital foundry) got outperformed by last gen 7 year old consoles. Nintendo step up and demand these developers do better with your hardware. Just negative press for Wii U that it doesn't need.

I would give anything for nintendo to... Persuade Ubisoft to make an ACTUAL wii u game... Red steel 3 (from the rs2 team or bust) would make my day.

I'm enjoying it so far and just got my ship. Having minor problems with my guy not wanting to go in the direction I want him to in free run, but I suppose I'll work it out in the end.
Keep getting sidetracked by collectables too.

Yes i am looking forward to 2014. nintendo is claiming they have 3rd party content coming from the big publishers... I am calling BS. they are probably talking about lego games, and the next skylanders and disney infinity type games. Nintendo needs to stop the BS not one really big game for 2014(outside of watchdogs which will probably be sucky 360 port) has been announced for Wii U. it isnt a big deal for me because i can play through about 5 good games a year and be fine... so MK8, X, Smash 4, Bayo 2, and DKTF and i am good... but for those that want 3rd party support you are Fu(%ed.

Zombi U was a great launch title. I believe over the life of the game it should sell a million copies. I think as of a couple months ago it was at close to 500 thousand... thats pretty good for a new IP on a console launch.

Will they give us a zombie U sequel????? I just dont have any respect for these third party companies. they chase the dollar too much. The harsh reality is Nintendo is not looked at as a priority for 3rd parties. I can guarantee you if Wii U was selling like hot cackes it still wouldnt be getting the 3rd party support owners would want.

It does seem to be that way which is sad, as I own as many third party titles as I do first party titles. It does seem that Nintendo gamers aren't too keen on third party titles, apart from Zombi U which was a bundle, Lego City Undercover and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate by the looks of things.

Somebody had to say it. Third party support is going to get rainbowty. Pathetic software sales of this years ports doom any chance of better third party support next year. Wii U is an exclusive console 100%.

Yeah it does appear that third party sales are worse this year then they were last year. AC IV and Ghosts have sold significantly less copies than their predecessors.

This is what it seemed like to me. It's a real shame for everyone that wanted to just own a Wii U. I would definitely have gone Wii U only if there was a decent number of good ports.
I'm pretty gutted things have gone so wrong for the system cos I think it's great. I wasn't anywhere near as into games last year before I got one.

I will continue to own a Wii U as my only console (3DS XL excluded) as long as Activision and Ubisoft continue to support the Wii U then I will continue to plug with the Wii U only. If those two pull out or only offer Just Dance and Skylanders then I will have to seriously contemplate getting either an Xbox One or PS4 at some point in 2015.
