It's a game with a long development cycle by developers that crave perfection in their games. We've only seen the first level, and they want the game to have a massive sense of scale.

No, and that's exactly when it will come out. When in 2014, we don't know. Maybe spring if they can finish it, or they would push it back to fall.

They just want to focus on the here and now and refuse to make this system any more attractive for people looking ahead. Any revealtrailer, artistic or whatever for Metroid, some art, music, or anything at all from X or B2....nothing.Nintendo is hiding any and all information on any game that is not a 2d platformer, party game, or mini game collection.
Are they so afraid for the drough that's coming in q1 and they have nothing to show...that they have to keep all this news secret for now so they have something new to show then?
I can't understand that they don't get that even a sparkle of grand things to come could convince people to invest in WiiU during these holidays...? Let people know somethings up.....

I have to say, as annoying as it is watching Nintendo's next move, it is entertaining seeing how frustrated you're getting.
