So, the soundtrack (as well as the whole game) of Yoshi's New Island has garnered some- no, lots of hate lately. I've been listening to some, and while there are a few songs with off-tune kazoos that make some people's ears apparently bleed (the title theme is unfortunate enough to be one of these), there are plenty of really good tracks from the game.

 

So, if you have some time, listen to the soundtrack, if you would, and post your opinions here. And if you don't like one of the songs, just skip to the next one.

I'm of the opinion that, underneath those first few layers of off-tune kazooie gnarly-ness, there's some really great tunes.

I've been playing the gem since release, and I'm not a particularly picky person, but I like the soundtrack. I admit, it's a little different, like the title screen song, but it's what makes it unique in my opinion.

The soundtrack is good, and it fits the game perfectly. What more could you want?

i think it fits the style of the game, i actually feel relaxed listening to the soundtrack.
