Don't say you didn't set yourself up for that.

I'm surprised they don't own Next Level already. Punch Out Wii and Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon were both amazing. Monster Games is a good choice as well considering they did a good job with the DKCR3D port, work on Tropical Freeze, and some of their other games like Pilotwings Resort. I'd say WayForward but they work with a lot of 3rd party publishers for licensed games. But Shin'en is a good idea, considering most of their games as of late have been Nintendo exclusive.
Also not a publisher thing but Nintendo just needs to buy the rights to Banjo back at least. Wouldn't imagine Conker being brought back considering 99.9% of Nintendo's first party games are below an M rating.

They need to start buying several devs, both eastern and western, so that they can improve their software lineup. Personally I'd start with Platinum and, if possible, Capcom. From there hold back because those kinds of acquisitions/mergers would take some serious capital. Let them start making Nintendo money and then look towards expanding NOA in terms of devs.

I was going to make a eastern one later.
If I had to pick Japanese Devs
Mistwalker and Maybe PG but PG seems the most unlikely so at the very least do a Rareware situation and buy a bit of stock make them console and handheld exclusive.
Mistwalker has an amazing relationship with Nintendo right now and they like to work next to old friends at Monolith. Like they have 3 games on DS and one on Wii and 2 on 360 and one was canceled. So they have 4 game son Nintendo systems and maybe a 5th with the rumored WiiU Project.
If I had a wishlist with realism out the freaking window then yes Capcom and Sega for the older IP's not just Mega Man and Sonic but Phantasy Star and Shining Force (that series was made to be an easier version of Fire Emblem to compete) Shenmue Shinobi and many more and Capcom with it's deep library of fighters and beat em ups and Breath of Fire and Monster Hunter.
Oh and Sega owns Atlus. This will never happen tho. As much as I want it to.
