So I found the legend of zelda : the wind waker bundle in a pretty good price and I was considering selling my old one to buy this one. Is it worth buying just for the gamepad? Because I already have the game. Is it truly a limited edition or they just advertise it as such? Any help would be appreciated because I can't make up my mind

For legend of Zelda U Nintendo should go all out. Golden console physical copy of Zelda U. And when you turn it on you don't get the usual Wii U boot sound but the treasure chest opening sound and the LED isn't blue but green. The one thing you gotta give MS credit for on Halo editions they go all out.

Actually when this bundle fist came out it was pretty disappointing that they didn't include a physical copy. Also, in Europe the bundle doesn't include Hyrule Historia

That's like £200 for just a gamepad, I'd say just buy some stickers instead. Yes it's Limited Edition but I wouldn't spend extra money for some cosmetic pattern on the gamepad.
ALSO BEWARE, If you sell your Wii U and get a new one, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR ESHOP GAMES BACK. Or your Nintendo ID. Everything from your old wii u will be gone and you will have to start fresh.
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

Buy it and keep it until you can transfer games/id.
I have one and I love the design.

I thought the new update enabled you to transfer all your data. Also, if I can't transfer my ID I will just sync the new gamepad to my old console. Thanks everyone for your help

I think the latest update allows you to transfer all data to another Wii U. When you do that it deletes it all from the original Wii U.

Yes I'll buy it because it's only 230 euros.

Don't you need both Wii Us to do the transfer like the 3DS? I say save your money and get some games instead. It's not worth it just for a different kind of Gamepad. Or save that money for the above mentioned inevitable Zelda Wii U bundle. It might not sound like a good idea now since you want this so bad, but you will be happy later on. Happened to me a bunch of times with different things.
Special thanks to Horchata. I appreciate it so much.
