If you have Opera:
1) Click the "Opera" button.
2) Hover your cursor over to "Configuration"
3) Choose the "Options..." button.
4) A pop-up will appear. Select the "Advanced" tab.
5) You will see a lot of options, click the "History" button in the side bar.
6) See the "Cache in disc/hard-drive/whatever" words, followed by the "400 MB" select bar? Besides that you should see an "Empty Now" button, press it.
7) Close the thingy.
Congratulations! You succesfully cleared your cache! In the case you don't see your new image, you'll just have to wait a while

what is a cache
It basically stores some data, such as images, so web pages can be loaded faster. The reason TheRedBomber's avatar isn't showing up properly is probably because his cache is showing the old image which is stored there. If you don't use Opera, then you can google "how to clear cache on [insert browser]" and you should find a guide easily. Alternatively, you can just wait for your cache to clear automatically, which shouldn't be too long.
