I can see it staying ps4/pc only until super street fighter 5 comes out. I'll be genuinely shocked if it stays exclusive to ps4/pc throughout all versions of sf5.

Xbox one and PC, sure, makes sense since Microsoft

PS4/Xbox one, sure, both consoles that don't include Wii u.

PS3/Xbox 360, sure, cheap to make games on

But PS4 and PC? That's easily the first time i've seen exclusivity like that :s, It's like they went "No one bought Xbone, so makes games for that is pointless, just like how there's no megaman fans" or something along them lines.

Hmm not so sure. Look at Dead Rising 3, exclusive to Xbone and no sign of a PS4 release. I'm pretty certain Microsoft knew Capcom would do this with SF 5 hence DR3.

 

Bit of a kick in the teeth for Microsoft too since all SF4 tournaments were held using 360's.

DR3 is also on PC. Funny thing is about DR3 is was supposed to be a XB1 exclusive eso when Capcom could not afford to make the game so MS stepped in similar to Bayonetta 2 for Wii U. Capcom had no intention to port it to PC but they need money so they ported it to PC. Capcom was supposed to keep RE4 Gamecube Only and Mikami threatened to quit the company if they ported it to PS2. Capcom ported it to PS2.

 

You gotta know Capcom. Also just wait a few months later they will announce Super Street Fighter V for XBO,PS4,PC,Vita,Android,iOS. Capcoms entire existense is port heavy..even the so called Exclusives. Mega Man 8 was supposed to stay on Saturn. It didn't.

I'm just glad PC is getting it. Not a huge fan of fighters but I'll probably pick it up eventually.

Id say we saw this coming from away. Capcom helped madcatz make a TE2 fightstick with a PS3/PS4 slide switch option. Warning bells we're going off then and boom, turned out to be right.

Microsoft and Nintendo need to do a truce again and ask Arika to make EX for them. That would be decent trolling from them. Anyway I imagine if Nintendo would make a real fighter game ala street fighter, it probably be on par and have decent dlc planning lol. Microsoft could do the same thing and make a decent alternatives to Street Fighter, all I know is Capcom is going to lost out.

If this is true, we will be reading about Capcom in our children's history book. Mikami only made a few mistakes while Capcom have made loads. They also mess up Lost Planet after porting. Microsoft is their biggest money hatting partner but after this SSFV on Xbox will not get advertisement from MS lol. I feel sorry for Dimps lol, they'll be absorbed into the Capcom mafia in a few years.

Still feeling the burn from mvc3. Then not even 6 months goes by and mvc3 "ultimate" comes out with no upgrade path.

That crap should be illegal. Until that day, I'll fight tactics like that with my dollars (or lack thereof).
