My virgin media broadband whatchyacallit keeps on saying that it loses internet access or network access. It happens like every 10 minutes and its so annoying!! I have to disconnect and reconnect or troubleshoot, but that takes longer :(

Any help would be appreciated guys.

My only suggestion would be to call the provider.

Yea. My suggestion is to call the ISP also. It seems like it's their problem, not yours.

Do you have the latest update(s) for the Router?

Sometimes that can be a problem ;)

Still have the manual?
Check the manufacturer's site and look for the one you have.

FunFact: Even TV's have updates o.O (Had to update my TV with a flash drive... didn't think it was possible)

either:
Hold down the button to turn the modem off, for 30 seconds, then leave it off for 2-3 minutes
or call the provider
