I think as long as Link is expressful but doesn't say much it should be fine. Once he becomes a motormouth it will go to hell in a handbasket. It would be cool if it used the Knights of Sidonia animation style, but complex facial expressions are a must.
Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

Though I love Zelda, I don't trust anyone to make a movie or tv show out of it.. I don't think the world or characters are fit for that.
What the world needs is more geniuses with humility, there are so few of us left

Nintendo commented on Monday on The Wall Street Journal'sreport that Netflix is producing a live-action television program based on its Legend of Zelda video game franchise. The company replied to Niconico News' inquiry, saying, "We will not comment on the rumors or speculations."
