Amazon is glitched like crazy. Toys R Us they are not listed same as Gamestop Best buy won't let you pre oder and Amazon Japan won't ship it to the US. WTF!? Is there any reasonable way to get the damn things?

 

I just want the blue inkling boy that's it.

Pre-orders dry up even faster now then previous waves. I think the 3 pack with squid might be hard to come by even on store shelves after release. I expect the inklings themselves to be easy to pickup though. As Big Boss said, Amazon, Walmart and Target haven't put up splatoon amiibo yet for pre-order. Still a chance.

Best Buy / GameStop apparently sold out of pre-order allotment. 

I was in Toys R Us and Target today, both had the stand alone SMB Amiibo on shelves in fair quantities.

I managed to snag a pre-order of the Splatoon 3 pack yesterday from Best Buy.

 

Like Sorcerer said, just stalk Amazon and www.reddit.com/r/amiibo to try and get a leg-up.

Just thought I'd mention, I don't believe Nintendo sells F-ing Splatoon brand Amiibos.

Amazon let's you sign up for the 3 pack or inkling girl but the inkling boy it glitches out. I have been trying for days. Amazon only place I seen it available. I emptied cookies and PC for different reasons been rebooted since then 3 times. So Amazon has yet to fix it

Try and keep checking the page every so often too.. those alerts while handy don't stand a chance with the Amiibo craze. Even nowinstock alerts fail the speed test with how many feasting eyes are on these listings.

 

The recent best buy online wave 4 pre orders were sold out before the pages were even searchable. People figured out the page listings from sku's. Many people were caught searching best buy's site and no results were found meanwhile others were getting in their pre orders. It's nuts.

I don't even want those others. I am just faling to undertsand why amazon has yet to fix this glitch. You press the sign up button and the loading sircle in the tab spazzes out and the page still acts like you never pressed sign up.

Yeah I am not sure, it happened to me before on an amiibo preorder. I wonder if it maybe is glitching due to traffic or people f5'ing the page.

 

Aside from that glitch, Amazon still lists  these amiibo for Platoon not Splatoon and the platform is Nintendo Wii, not Wii U. LOL..

girl inking says coming soon, went to pre order but can't add to cart yet. amiibo tracker has stock incoming for both, girl and boy apparently. keep refreshing if you want it from there.

I am so glad I dont care about these at all (I dont really collect merch, just games).

I feel so bad for the people who like collecting this stuff, I totally empathize, especially since these arent upposed to be rare out of print products, they are brand new! It shouldnt be like trying to pull teeth to buy a companies product.

The worst part is even people who don't want to collect them and just want the bonus content and kids can't even get them. Unless they want mario. but who wants mario.

I was actually able to pre-order at an eb games here in Toronto yesterday. I passed on it but kinda changing my mind. I may go back tomorrow since it's Easter today. Do both figures unlock diff content? And does anyone know specifically what that is?

Not sure about specific content... i would assume missions would be different. I believe they unlock special missions where you can then get gear/items.
