GTA V!! I'm so stupidly excited for that on wii u!! and yes, im convinced its going to be there :)


It's not a matter of whether it'll make it to the Wii U, but rather WHEN it'll come to the Wii U. ;)

I guess I am the only one who wants to get Darksiders II for the system.


I want it also. However it isn't my top most wanted.

So far... Probably Darksiders 2/Ninja Gaiden 3.

That may change, though.

Well, Mario Kart (with WALUIGI AS A PLAYABLE CHARACTER- sorry, lol), since Mario Kart is always great. Also, I'm hoping Metal Gear Solid - Rising will be a launch game as well.

Personally, I'd like to see a Super Mario 64 caliber 3D Mario game as a launch title. A high-def revisit to the Mushroom Kingdom. I think that it would sell well, be a technical showpiece for the system, and hell- It's a Mario game at launch! When was the last time we saw a Mario game at launch?

It's not about choosing between games that are already confirmed to be near launch, it's about choosing the game you want for launch the most, regardless of how logical it is.

That being said, I want Pikmin 3, of course.

Well most of nintendo's triple a games are still in developement and wont come out until atleast within 1 year of the system's life and games like Pikman,Starfox,F-Zero are not system sellers.
The only franchises that could have a chance to be at launch would probobly be a Metroid Game or a Mario Kart Game.

Judging of what the spirit of this topic was supposed to be, i would choose the game i want to spend all of my first time on the WiiU with. E.G.: Massive Metroid game. Because that would give me a large amount of gametime using the new interface in the way i want to... scanning aliens and backtracking. I know Metroid is not expected to be in development for launch, but this is about what game you wanna play when you first get your hands on this console and its many features.

Also if their is a Nintendo Network up by launch i guess an alternative would be ... i dunno.... Starfox (Online) or Burnout (with Online).

Yes that would be great but they need more of a hardcore 1st party launch game. As of right now I'm looking to get assassin creed 3 which looks awesome and believe it or not killer freaks from outer space. Something about the game I like.... This is hoping that graphics are hughly improved over E3 showing.
