Why thank you, thank you. I didn't try at all, really.

But to be more on topic, trying to decide what the worst video game fanbase is like trying to decide which government is the worst.

Most of them suck/blow all day long, and then there are the exceptional few which are just as bad but have some comedic value. In the world of politics, these are the asian governments that get into fights.

Exactly. Each sucks in it's own way. Some are laughing stocks. The only 2 positive Video-game fanbases I've experienced are the Radiant Historia Fanbase and Bastion.

I'm going to have to say that the Mother fanbase is a bad one that hasn't been mentioned (since you can't go far without finding people whining about localizing Mother 3).

Blind fans. Nothing get's under my skin more than a fan who would jump off a cliff because their fav. whatever told them to.

You guys took the good ones so out of Console fanboys I would say Sony fanboys (the fans are good but the fanboys are mean) (note I am a Sony fan)

I think I might have to agree with the original poster about the Sonic fan base. That might be because I spent a lot of time hanging around the Sega forums back when I had a slight amount of hope for the future of Sonic games. Sonic fans can just seem kind of crazy but that may be because they often have a different opinion than me.

Sony fanboys are one I hate, they always like to bash Nintendo and Microsoft and give the other sony fans a bad name. Jack Tretton dosen't help much too. I only can think of the a higher up from Japan who actually said good things about Nintendo.

Funny thing is...
1. The Vita isn't even HD, lol
2. Not really anything special, and especially not worthy to use as an excuse to 'overpower' the 3DS.

I'd have to say console fanboys in general, regardless of what console one uses...A prime example is on these forums with the whole tablet controller idea. A lot of the fanboys are like "Oh Sony/Microsoft are copying Nintendo" etc etc. I don't see how one set of console fanboy is worse as to be honest they are all as bad as each other.

Other than that I would have to say COD fanboys are terrible...They seem to believe any other FPS is carp (sorry if I cannot swear) and COD invented the FPS genre which is ridiculous.

BTW Guys, i act like those sonic fans i mentioned Actually, only the second example. ANd i only need tails and knuckles. The three(Sonic Tails and Knuckles) as one character( Like pokemon Trainer): Sonic Heroes.

No one mentioned anything about Zelda. I just got into its fanbase so i hardly know anthing bout it.

Zelda has a pretty good fanbase.

I don't like some Nintendo fans either though. Some think that their games are the best, when that's all they play. Same thing with the systems.

true,I hate the ones that only buy Nintendo first party software and forget that nintendo is not good at every genre
