Imagine falcon punching a police officer and then jumping into his vehicle at 2000 miles per hour while they chase you down
Will F-Zero make a comeback ?

One thing I loved about GX was viewing Character Profiles because it functioned as sort of a pseudo-Sound Test Mode. Literally half the entire game's soundtrack was there. I wouldn't mind that again if the music is as good or better.
Ohh yes, the character profiles was awesome. Loved the music.

I'd probably buy still,

Have you seen Big Blue by Azuryoshi? He used Cinema4dPossibly a glimpse of what F-Zero Wii U could look like? Certainly possible considering how good Zelda HD looked...

This is it:
This might be how it will look like on the WiiU. Most likely a lot better.

All it really needs for the Wii U is a 30 player online mode with customisable vehicles (Speed, Weight etc) on top of what was in GX (<3 that game).
Maybe a track maker as well.
This. This a million times over.

I had lots of fun with F-ZERO GX. After a long while, I finally did manage to beat everything on Very Hard. It requires lots of patience but I guess that I got some of that patience from beating tough games like Mega Man. That's another one that needs to come to Wii U and with characters in the new Smash Bros. But that's for another thread.

I think a F-Zero is pretty likely to come, the same goes for Star Fox as well.

No such confirmation has been made, good sir (or madam). It's all just speculation right now.since it is confirmed that retro studios is making the f-zero game, be sure to expect some awesome gameplay and also hopefully there will be a deathrace option, that was an EPIC game mode!!!!!

More serious tone? Would you imagine playing the game with Captain Falcon screaming in back ground stuff like "Show me your moves" or his epic "YES"? Jokes aside, I agree with youIt could easily be done on the wii U.The hardware has the power to have beutiful graphics and you can use the controller to turn and it would be a good game to have some online with a bit more serious tone than mario kart.
